Red for Alison - Tantalus Fingering

This beautiful red was a special request. My sister wanted to knit a special baby gift for a friend whose favorite colour is red. I think this is the perfect shade of cheery, cherry red! You'll notice a small bit of white as well - this is on purpose - it will add a beautiful depth to your finished project.

Wonderfully soft and springy, this yarn is perfect for garments worn next to the skin and a superb choice for baby garments. A blend of 80% superwash merino wool, 10% cashmere, and 10% nylon.

Light fingering weight. Approximately 350 meters (380 yards) per 115 gram skein. 

Recommended gauge: about 7 or 8 stitches per inch.
